Laurie's Racer

Laurie's racer features custom hand carved bilaminate head tube, and hand carved seat tube sleeve. The design is a very understated nod back to the traditional lug designs of the past with a modern twist. Laurie is also an accomplished photographer and to echo her work I have machined a miniature Hasselblad 503 camera to sit subtly on the brake bridge.

The frame is painted in a british racing green with orange accents to compliment the chosen Chris King headset. The hand carved details are not delineated in any manner to provide texture, rather than overt lines to the understated frame.

The bicycle is outfitted with silver Campagnolo, and Brooks leather componentry to echo the traditions of the past.
